Appointments & Management Changes:
Reuven Spiegelwill be appointed EVP and assume the role of CFO following the departure of Assi Ginzburgin May. Mr. Spiegelhas served as a member of the Board of our general partner since July 2014, as a member of the Audit Committeeand Conflicts Committeesince September 2014and as a member of the EHS Committee since its inception in October 2016. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Spiegelserved as Chief Executive Officer of Israel Discount Bank Ltd.(TASE: DSCT) from 2011 through 2014 where he had previously held the position of Executive Vice President from 2001 through 2005. Mr. Spiegelalso served as Chief Executive Officer of IDB Bank of NYfrom 2006 to 2010. He also has experience as an executive in the real estate industry. Mr. Spiegelwill maintain his position on the Board of DKLand Assi Ginzburgwill assist in transitioning responsibilities to Mr. Spiegelthrough first quarter results.
Avigal Soreqwill assume the role of EVP and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of DK and DKL. Mr. Soreqwill maintain responsibility of the commercial group, while also overseeing economics and planning and DKL operations.
Fred Greenwill assume the role of EVP of Corporate Development. Mr. Greenwill continue playing an instrumental role in multiple aspects of the business including capital projects and ongoing interaction with investors and stakeholders.
Regina Jones, DK and DKL’s current EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, has elected to leave the company to pursue other opportunities. Ms. Joneswill remain with the company to ensure a smooth transition to the newly appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary announced below.
Abby Yateswill immediately assume the role of EVP, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Ms. Yateswas General Counsel, Chief Compliance Counsel and SVP, HR of EthosEnergy, a joint venture between Siemens and Wood Group, for 6 years. Prior to this, Ms. Yatesspent 10-years working within Wood Group, first as Senior Litigation Counsel and then as Divisional Counsel to the gas turbine services division. She began her career with Morgan Lewisin Philadelphiaand worked for Bracewell LLPand Schlumberger in Houston. Ms.Yates received her law degree from Temple Law Schooland was admitted to the bar in 1993.
